Gatopineau cognac

The Gatopineau of the Charentes came from this idea of combining this famous alcohol with grapes from the vines lining the roads in this country in a cake with Cognac.
The Gatopineau to received the special mention of the jury of the contest of flavours to discover of the year 2009.
